Action-Oriented Teaching/Learning
To support teaching students in actively and contemplatingly linking their theoretical studies at university with areas of application in school, the goal is to expand teaching and learning settings in which students can actively try out teaching-relevant situations and are supported professionally and scientifically. To achieve this goal the following measures linked to expansive preliminary studies are being implemented:
- Teacher training on the topics communication and classroom management as well as media literacy and digitalisation
- UNI-Klassen (especially equipped classrooms), which allow the implementation of teaching concepts in which the lessons given by students are broadcast live to an adjoining room, where peers and faculty can observe
- Teaching concepts that span all three phases of teacher training
